Job Specification

This is a fixed term, part time role from January 2020 - 30 April 2020.

 

Calling all administration superstars! We need your help to keep things humming and to make sure our teams are well supported in carrying out conservation work on the ground. You'll be part of a wider regional administration team who are vital to the operation of our organisation. You will be a self-starter that supports conservation growth by providing excellent customer service through a multitude of workstreams, as well as providing support to our Operations Manager. 

 

The role is based in our Twizel office however travel once or twice a week to Aoraki/Mt Cook will be required. Hours flexible and will be discussed at an interview.

 

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • a qualification in business/office administration or equivalent experience
  • experience in supporting Mangers with administrative tasks  
  • high level organisation skills, ability to deliver accurate and timely information and solve problems as they arise
  • an advanced level of Microsoft computer applications (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Be an enthusiastic team player, flexible and adaptable taking on different tasks at any given time
