The Pricing and Economics unit was established as a separate Unit earlier this year to drive improved conservation outcomes and to address the need to drive greater revenue from those who benefit from the use of conservation assets. This is a rare opportunity to join us as we embark on the second phase of our journey by further increasing the size and capability of our team.


 The Role:

Your work will support the Director and DDG Policy and Visitors by developing, implementing, and monitoring key business systems and processes. You will also be responsible for:

  • Creating and driving the business planning process for the Pricing and Economics Unit and the DDG Policy and Visitors
  • Supervising system work for the Pricing and Economics Unit including system design and implementing system change
  • Reporting on the overall performance of the team and its work program
  • Developing, managing and improving core operating procedures for the Pricing and Economics Unit and DDG Policy and Visitors



  • Relevant experience and knowledge of business systems and processes, preferably in the public sector
  • Experience in managing internally focused relationships
  • Proven experience in analysing and reporting on business activities and making recommendations on improvements to business systems
  • High level of analytical ability
  • Excellent written communications and verbal presentation skills
