Are you keen to help shape DOCs internal digital channels for the future?

The Customer Engagement Unit is seeking an experienced digital lead to develop a strategic approach to the tools we use to communicate and collaborate internally. You will also lead a change to our intranet platform and manage it on an ongoing basis. This is an exciting time to join the team.

 

The successful applicant will:

  • Have experience implementing and managing digital projects.
  • Understand internal communications and digital tools.
  • Lead the technical development and improvement of the intranet, working with developers, testing and planning releases.
  • Understand usability, accessibility and the NZ Government Web Standards.
  • Manage the Digital Channels Advisor and casual staff.
  • Support the publishing of internal digital content.

The successful candidate will have strong stakeholder management experience and a positive, proactive and solutions-focused approach.
