The Operations Manager's focus is to lead the Operations team in the Whitianga District on the Stunning Coromandel Peninsula and to ensure the effective integrated delivery of high quality conservation outcomes. The role will also provide specialist knowledge and support on local conservation activities to the Director, Operations.
As well as strong conservation management skills and experience, this role requires a ‘people leader' who is skilled at inspiring, motivating and directing teams.
