This is a fixed term role for 5 months

 

A growing population, tourism industry and increasing interest in getting into the outdoors means greater use of public lands and waters. Visitors are more diverse and interested in a wider range of experiences. Managing a million new visitors well demands new approaches and techniques, to protect conservation values and to ensure that visitors have great experiences.

 

We are recruiting a new team within our Policy and Visitors group, during this busy period we require a savvy coordinator on a short-term basis to assist us with key administration and coordination.

 

Your tasks won't be limited to the below but some of them might be;

  • Run recruitment processes 
  • Preparing and drafting key documentation
  • Coordinating documents with key stakeholders using your top-notch communication skills
  • Working with our manager to coordinate communication
  • Update templates and documents in a timely manner
  • Liaise with staff at all levels in a professional and friendly manner

 

As this is a temporary position, we are seeking an experienced coordinator to commence quickly and hit the ground running.  

 

Eligibility to work in New Zealand is mandatory, including a valid work visa covering the whole period of employment if applying internationally.
