The Organisational Development (OD) Coordinator is a key role in DOC's Leadership and Organisational Development team. The successful applicant will provide support to the OD Manager and OD Director to ensure the team operates in a smooth and efficient manner and that our projects and initiatives are planned and delivered optimally.


The role involves coordinating a range of OD projects and initiatives, including 360-degree feedback surveys, unconscious bias training, and induction events, and providing support as and when needed to our team of advisors. 


It's an exciting time to join the OD team at DOC as we have several big projects underway with scope to make a real difference to the organisational culture. We are a team with energy and passion for making a difference to DOC's employee experience.


We are looking for someone with:

  • Great attention to detail and work management skills;
  • A strong customer focus;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Experience in a coordinator role;
  • Ideally experience in a medium to large government department or other organisation.


You'll be passionate about providing seamless coordination support and being an integral part of a high performing team.
