This role supports the Director, Operations, Central North Island to work across the entire Region with a focus on increasing our effectiveness and efficiency.

Your experience in business improvement and developing best practice, along with your leadership and people skills, will enable you to work with a range of teams to support the Director, Operations in growing and improving Central North Island Region conservation initiatives.


Internally, you will turn your talents to continuous improvement to lift efficiency and effectiveness.  You will be part of a network of nine Improvement Managers across the country to support a wider strategic context for continuous improvement within the Region and across other Regions.


You will seek to achieve results by coordinating and collaborating with others, recognising the value they can add.
