This is an exciting time for the Department of Conservation - we're on an incredible journey working in partnership with others to increase conservation for all New Zealanders. We are seeking a dynamic, engaging, and highly motivated leader to join our Auckland-based Partnerships team. 


To be successful in this role you will be:

  • Experienced in authentically working with mana whenua
  • Proactive and able to use your initiative and apply your wisdom confidently

  • A strategic thinker who can successfully bridge the strategy-to-implementation gap
  • A master of project management with sound budget management skills
  • Self-driven, able to prioritise and work under pressure, all while maintaining a high level of professionalism
