A fantastic opportunity has become available to be part of our wider regional administration team as an Administration Officer based in our Alexandra Office.

 

This is a 20 hours per week position working 4 hours Wednesday afternoon, and 8 hours on Thursday and Friday.

 

Your administration skills will be second to none as you provide a range of administrative functions to make sure teams are well supported in carrying out conservation work on the ground. Your interpersonal and communication skills will come in handy when dealing with both internal and external clients.

 

Naturally, your previous knowledge and experience in office administration including reception and your excellent customer service skills will see you flourish in this position.  You will need to demonstrate high level organisation skills, the ability to meet deadlines and have sound knowledge of Microsoft computer applications.

Eligibility to work in New Zealand is mandatory, including a valid work visa covering the whole period of employment if applying internationally.
