We are seeking an Administration Manager for the Taupo region to lead the delivery of efficient and effective administration services that supports conservation growth. The Manager will lead a team of fourteen Administration Officers who are located in the region that stretches from Whanganui to Tauranga. The role will require the Manager to regularly visit the regional offices, and to engage with the various communities, and so a driver's licence will be essential.


To be effective in this position, you must have proven people/team leadership experience. You will be a strategic thinker and have an ability and experience with business, systems and process improvement. You will enjoy getting out and about and developing close working relationships with staff and stakeholders in the region. Your work background should include aspects of service delivery, administration management and corporate services and you will have budget management experience.
